Description and Background   
Description:
Storm stands 3 feet 3 inches tall, being a hairfoot Halfling. He has a curly mop of blonde hair on his rather handsome head, and eyes of a sparkling Jade green. He wears leather armour over his green Druidic robes, and was born with the Druidic crescent scar upon his brow, that marked him as a chosen of the order from his birth. He wields a scimitar which he keeps strapped across his back, and is an expert with his sling that is tucked not his belt. He carries a plain wooden shield. Storm wears no shoes like all Halflings, and his toes and upper feet are covered in curly blonde hair.

Background:
Storm cannot remember much about his life currently. He is getting flashbacks but nothing concrete as yet

Halfling are more resistant to magic and poison and gain a +1 to their saving throws for every 3.5 points of constitution. Storm has a +3 bonus
