Description and Background    Description: small at 5' and thin at 125 lbs rakious avoids combat when possible, he will try to stay in the fringes and attack enemies by surprise. his great dexterity alows him to effectivley wield a short sword in each hand and makes him an excellent marksman with a short bow. Background: Never like his other elven Brethern Rakious always displayed a wonderous curiosity and wanderlust. He never fell into the trappings of elven society and the superiority midset. So he left his home to wander the world in search of adventure and wonders. Having always been small and nimble Rakious put those gifts to use in learning the trciks of the trade. This has helped him get by in tought times and has made him useful to adventuring parties as a scout.
