Saving Throw: vs. spell.

When the spell is cast, throbbing and warbling bass tones, both audible and ultra sonic, affect the victim (if the victim fails a saving throw). The affected victim will expirence an uncontrolable urge to bump, grind and booty shake and will thus lose the ability to take any other action for 1-3 rounds (or more, see above).
If the intended victim has a friend or party member with in 5 feet of him/her, that individual too must make a saving throw, or be so distracted by the victim's urge to bump, grind, and booty shake, as to not be able to take action for the duration of the spell. This collateral damage is due to the victim's need for a bump and grind partner. One affected by the spell will be highly motivated to gain a bumping and grinding partner, so long as that person is familiar. The affected will clutch at, and jump upon, said familiar person, causing extreem distraction in their zeel for dance.
Victims of this spell must possess a corporeal body but do not need to possess the ability to hear due to the spell's subsonic effects.
The spell is only effective against humanoids, but will also work on monsters or animals with a traditional musical culture.
Bards save against the spell at +2.
Physical components for this spell are a sliver of rosewood and a 1 inch piece of steel string from an instrument.
