Description:
Iggway was raised to be respectful to others and to nature. She is a tall, dark haired, native shaman of the Florida Keys.

Background:
Iggway Gwequay grew up in a native village in the glades of the Florida Keys. Yes, this area will always be my home, the wildlife can be quite beautiful, but also extremely dangerous, so you were brought up to be on your own. Many children were often never seen again in these parts. My parents told me it was the 'gators that got'em', but I knew better. You'd hear the elders talks'n about other tribes steel'n are women and those girls never were seen again! When I turned 11, my father told me to leave with Semilona, the tribe elder, she was going to teach me the ways of the shaman. Semilona, could feel the healing power in my hands and it always seemed like she could see into my soul. After years of training, one evening before falling asleep, I heard the shaman say it is time for your quest...I closed my eyes....it was like being transported through the stars and moon, a dizzying array of colors and heat warmed my skin, it was an exquisite feeling, like someone gently tattooing my body. I heard a male voice say to Semilona, 'it is time'. When I awoke, I remembered a name, Yanauluha. I also felt the pain of the fresh tattoo work on my body. I new that I was no longer needed with my family and that Yanauluha, would guide and protect me. Protect me he did...I illegally boarded a tiny sailing vessel in Key West hoping it would bring me to the far reaches of the world, only after two weeks on the voyage, the vessel would be obliterated by warring factions. Luckily, I caught a piece of driftwood and eventually floated onto the shores of St. Eaustacius.
