Description and Background
Description:
I don't know, officer. He looked kind of normal, y'know? Like anybody... Llewellyn usually dresses in the sober garb of his professions, all in the finest fabrics.

Background:
Lewellyn is an experienced attorney in the firm of Crowley, Waddell, & Wolfe. Intelligent but not especially hard-working or persuasive, Lewellyn was on the fast track to 'of counsel' status when Mr. Crowley made an offer he could not refuse (and live): help the firm take on a very special client and partnership would soon be his. The only catch: representing this client would require training and membership in a different sort of guild. The kind that has excellent estate planning but no retirement plan. Whether they require zealous advocacy or a more permanent solution to their problems, Llewellyn DeNonce can assure his clients of absolute discretion, professionalism, and reasonable rates.

Ring of Final Breaths
A carved onyx hexagonal ring, inlaid with
a prayer to Papa Simett, God of Secrets
and Whispers. When placed under the
tongue of the recently deceased, this ring
summons forth the deceased's shade to
answer one question. Upon a successful
Spell/Device save, the shade will answer
truthfully and directly, to the best of its
knowledge—otherwise, its answer will be
mired in allusion and riddle. This post-
mortem interrogation may be performed
once a day upon a body up to three days
old.
