Father William Dowling of Baskerville has spent his life in the service of Tyr, god of law. He has no permanent base, instead going where his services are needed. Those in the know have ways of reaching him, since as a cleric of Tyr, he has a specialized skill set. His specialty is the apprehension of those who break the law. No common, garden variety crimes, mind you. If there is a murderer the sheriff cannot catch, an abducted maiden unable to be located, or fabulous wealth gone missing- these are the types of crimes the priests of Tyr are called upon for help.
