Description and Background   
Description:
Ugly and mean by Gnome standards and twice as Wiley. Bruno the mad is the bottom of the barrel of gnome culture, with oil slicked back hair, a gold tooth and enough scars to make a fighter blush. Despite his small size and impishly evil looking demeanor he is quite intimidating for his size and race.

Background:
Started working for the thieves guild after his brother died in a mining accident. Been with the guild ever since. Has worked his way up to Burgler in a short time. He now hopes to branch out and work on his acrobatic skills. His dream is to be the greatest Cat-Burglar that ever got away and lived.

The effect always lasts 6 rounds. The ring then ceases to function for 6 turns (1 hour) while it replenishes itself. The command word is usually engraved somewhere on the ring. The ring will activate whenever this word is spoken, even though the command might be given by someone other than the wearer, provided that the word is spoken within 10 feet of the ring.
