Description and Background   
Description:
Cthul Hand Luke is most often seen as a scruffy human drifter. To those he trusts he may reveal his true mutant form, a humanoid with tentacles sprouting from shoulders, a tentacled mouth and jaw, and great clawed hands and feet.

Background:
Raised in a burned-out basement of the great hall called 'Mall,' by mutant parents Block and Buster, young Luke came to worship the gods of the screen including Eastwood, Ford, Spielberg, Lucas and others who lived in the silver disks and talked from the screens. Luke tries to uphold the values of the gods of the screen, and his personal code of behavior and ethics reflects such. He is fond of quoting them.
