Description and Background   
Description:
Tibbius, Prince (in Waiting) D'End, has a certain boyishness despite the somber robes he wears. His smooth face, dandelion hair, easy laugh, wispy frame - these traits of appearance all make it hard to take him seriously. It doesn't help that Tibbius is entirely, iridescently, and irreversibly colored the same pale green of the skin on an apple too new to eat.

Background:
Prince in Waiting D'End. End is a small elven fortress somewhere distant, and Tibbius is number seventeen in line - unless one of his older cousins might engender a more auspicious heir.

Wizard Knot Tattoos and Trinkets
At the inside of each wrist and ankle, Tibbius wears inkless tattoos (scarifications) of an intricate wizard knot. He can quickly make this knot to close a loop of string. To the best of his ability, he has persuaded each member of the party to wear such knotted strings at each wrist and ankle - insisting that the knots "eventually" will guarantee freedom of action in combat, once he accomplishes certain arcane research.
