Description and Background   
Description:
Storm is small, even for elf standards, reaching only 4 and a half feet tall, around the same height as a dwarf, yet exceptionally slender. His long hair is a sandy brown in colour and reaches to his waist, and his eyes a sparkling emerald green, like those of his high elf kin. He prefers his robes of a sky blue colour, and wears a white fur cloak of some forest creature across his shoulders. He has three daggers scabbarded and two pouches on his wide leather belt, and a black leather pack upon his back which contains his most prized possession, his book of spells. Even with only the few spells he has currently mastered, he holds it most dear.

Background:
Storm was born in the elven Forest, and was trained in magic by his mother, despite showing little aptitude for it. He was a slow learner but mastered some spells eventually, having a natural affinity for light magic. Eventually it was time for him to explore the lands beyond his homeland, for he felt the draw to wander in the lands of men instead of being a mediocre magician’s apprentice in the eyes of his elven kin.

first you must roll the learn a spell then you must take a number of days equal to the spell level scribing it into your book. once you do scribe it to your book it disappears from the scroll
