Description and Background   
Description:
Filbert is a Halfling of average height with unusually long and slender limbs. His medium length black hair is always tangled and unkempt, and often has bits of leaves and twigs embedded in it, even when there doesn't seem to be any trees about. The brown cloak and trousers he wears helps to give him a edge when hiding against foes in the wilderness, and his short bow is always at the ready in order to take down any enemies before they are able to close in on him.

Background:
Filbert hails from a small logging village at the edge of the Blackened Forest, just a few miles to the north of Helix. His village has experienced a number of attacks by several small bands of foul, wandering creatures recently, and Filbert has been dispatched to the Barrowmoor to find out if there is any connection to these attacks, and if so, to determine what can be done to stop the undead menace.
