Description and Background   
Description:
See image. Hildr is average height with an athletic build. She has dirty blond hair and green eye. Missing her right eye.

Background:
My father ended up adopting Sarin, my half-brother. He was harder on him even though Sarin doesn't have the looks of an elf and could pass as human father always knew that secretly he was not the biological father. Sarin eventually later found out that he was half-elf when mother told him upon her death bed she got some terrible disease that killed her off and our adoptive father couldn't take the loss of his wife and started drinking and fighting. One day it got him tossed in jail he picked a fight with the wrong person. Hildr always got along with Sarin and same in reverse. They were great brother and sister even if they later learn that they are only half siblings. They liked to play 'adventurer' as kids. Eventually this lead to Sarin learning to use a bow and sword. Hildr after what happened to their mother went the way of a priest seeing out a higher guide in life find this is Odin. Sarin found his way through other means. However he did seek out the elves and learned that his name his true father gave him is Sarfinas though only the elves call him such, he still goes by Sarin by anyone else.

Hildr had journeyed here to the gateway city (so called because it is the first city of Arisland one passes through when traveling from Starlorn through the more wild terrain) on behest of the Council of Priests in Oslodin. Her mentor, Venheim a council member, gave her instruction to come to Markainus and meet with the high priest here. there were some disturbing rumors that Hildr must investigate.

Venheim would not tell her exactly what the rumors were, saying it is best to get it directly from the head priest in Markainus so nothing would be lost in translation. He gave her council to keep this to herself and consider this assignment official church business, no one not even her brother should know the details. She was acting as an agent of the council and the Lord Priest himself was aware of the rumors and that the council was dispatching an agent. For his part Venheim was skeptical of the rumors.
