Description and Background   
Description:
A halfling with a cherub-like face, round and rosy cheeks, freckles, blue eyes and a button-like nose. The hair is brown, curly, short in the front and long in the back. He wears a red head band and a black leather jacket with studs. He does not wear boots and his feet are very hairy.

Background:
Cedric is a former bully. He liked to beat up other halflings and take their lunch. Halflings love food you know. He is not chaotic or anything. He never beat up girl halflings. All this extra food made him grow up strong and sturdy. But he found that he cannot be a bully anymore. Every time he tried to take another halfling's lunch, the shire constables would show up and start clubbing him. This became very tiresome so he started looking around for easy ways to make money. He heard about this 'adventuring' thing. Seems like you can go in underground tunnels and there is gold sitting around in chests.
